SHOPPYCHOICE.COM cannot guarantee shipping times, due to many factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections.
Here are our estimated shipping times: 
United States: 10-20 Business Days
Canada, Europe: 10-20 Business Days
Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 Business Days
Asia: 15-30 Business Days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business Days
If you find any items that you ordered damaged on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

All orders are subject to availability. In case an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the available part of your order, and the rest of it, as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping costs for your orders are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

The tracking site says Delivered but I haven’t received my order yet.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer’s responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact you
r local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service at support@shoppychoice.com for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
